Challenge
Two distinct Good Day commercials, Butter Jeera and Fruit & Nut, had to reach India's many language markets at once, each with perfectly synchronized lip-sync.
Britannia was rolling out two new Good Day cookie films nationwide, the buttery, cumin-spiced Butter Jeera and the indulgent Fruit & Nut. Each commercial had its own cast, tone and storyline, yet both needed to land natively across more than ten regional languages on the same launch window. Re-shooting every film in every language was neither fast nor affordable, so the localization had to happen entirely in post while keeping each performance and the Good Day brand feel intact.

Solution
We built a separate lip-sync workflow for each film. The Butter Jeera spot leaned into the cookie's buttery, jeera-spiced character and its lighthearted storyline, while the Fruit & Nut spot carried a richer, more indulgent tone. From a single master per film, our pipeline re-voiced and re-synced every actor frame by frame so each regional cut felt shot in that language, not dubbed over it.
Both films were localized into eleven Indian languages, with every cut put through native-speaker QC so the comic timing, product lines and Good Day brand mnemonic landed naturally everywhere. All twenty-two versions were delivered broadcast-ready, supporting Britannia's nationwide Good Day launch.
