Challenge
Producing 27 perfectly synchronized ad variants, every combination of 9 languages and 3 durations, with zero quality compromise across any version.
Britannia Bourbon's campaign required localization into 9 Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Hindi, English, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam) with each language needing three cutdown versions, 30-second, 15-second, and 10-second formats. That's 27 individual outputs, each requiring precise lip synchronization, perfect audio timing, and broadcast-specification delivery in both Full HD and SD formats. Every single one needed to pass broadcast QC standards.

Solution
Our frame-level processing pipeline analyzed the original commercial at the individual pixel level, creating detailed mouth movement maps for each scene. These maps were then adapted for each of the 9 target languages, with custom phoneme-to-viseme mapping ensuring natural lip movements for every linguistic combination.
The 3 duration variants (30s, 15s, 10s) each required independent synchronization, the shorter cuts had different edit points that changed which dialogue appeared, requiring fresh lip-sync processing for each cutdown. All 27 finals were delivered in both Full HD and SD broadcast formats, passing QC on first submission.
